A bed that shelters.
A tall flat headboard. Two wings. A light in each one.
Viterbo’s shape comes from the wings. They step 9.1 inches forward at both ends of the headboard and run down to the floor, so the bed reads as one calm, enclosed space. A stitched flange traces the edge of each wing.
Inside each wing sits a black swing-arm reading lamp. Its plate holds a USB port and a switch. Each side of the bed gets its own light.
