In your home theater, you want a place close at hand to keep all of your remotes, snacks and other devices. The convenient hideaway storage keeps everything within easy reach.
Tactile Control System with USB Charging
The USB port on our Tactile Control System allows you to charge your phone or tablet while you lie down and enjoy the movie night. You can also reset your chair to it's default position by using the reset button!
Q1: What comfort and convenience features are included with the Verona Power Headrest?
A: The Verona features independently adjustable power recline and power headrest functions, allowing you to fine-tune your body, neck, and head position. It also includes illuminated cup holders, LED ambient base lighting, hidden armrest storage, a reset control, and built-in USB-A and high-speed 18W USB-C charging ports.
Q2: How should I clean and care for the Italian Nappa leather?
A: Dust the leather regularly with a clean, soft cloth and gently blot spills as soon as they occur. Avoid harsh household cleaners, solvents, abrasive materials, and excessive moisture. Keep the seating away from direct sunlight and strong heat sources when possible. For deeper maintenance, use a leather-care product specifically approved for top-grain leather and test it on an inconspicuous area first.
Q3: Does the Verona require assembly?
A: Yes, but the Verona is designed for simple, tool-free assembly. The seat bases arrive largely pre-assembled, while the backrests are shipped separately to make the pieces easier to move through doorways. Follow the included instruction manual to attach the backrests and connect the labelled power cables before plugging the seating into an electrical outlet.
Q4: Is the Verona suitable for smaller rooms, and how much clearance does it need?
A: Yes. The Verona uses a space-saving wall-hugging recline mechanism and requires approximately 5 inches of clearance behind the seating to reach its fully reclined position. Its footrest extends approximately 25 inches, so sufficient open space should also be maintained in front of the row. We recommend checking the selected configuration’s dimensions, doorway width, aisle space, and electrical-outlet location before ordering.
Q5: Which devices and accessories are compatible with the Verona?
A: The built-in USB-A and 18W USB-C ports can charge many compatible phones, tablets, and other personal devices when used with the appropriate cable. The Verona also supports select Valencia theater-seating accessories offered on the product page, including the tray table, wine glass caddy, tablet holder, cigar ashtray, and armrest insert. Please confirm compatibility with our customer service team before purchasing an accessory separately.
Q6: What warranty and after-sales support are provided?
A: The Verona product specifications list a three-year pro-rated warranty on parts and labour. If you purchased directly from Valencia Theater Seating and require assistance, please contact our customer service team with your order information, product details, and photos or videos of the issue when applicable. Optional CPS Extended Warranty Protection may also be available and is subject to the coverage terms selected at the time of purchase.
