Three seats. Two cushions. One curved back.
Prato's back is stitched into deep vertical channels. At each end they turn forward and run down the sloping arms, so back and arms read as one shell around the seat.
The rest stays plain: a straight front rail, slim tapered legs and two matching pillows.
The arms slope down from the back toward the front. The channels follow the slope, then stop at a flat, plain arm front.

Back and arm share a single line. The pencil follows it from the middle of the back to the front of the arm.
Each channel is stitched and padded. Soft to lean on, crisp to look at.
Slim round legs in a warm brown finish lift the sofa off the floor.
Prato is covered in a woven beige fabric with a fine diagonal twill and a soft heathered fleck. It reads like tweed: flat, fine and quiet.
The frame is wood. The legs are wood in a warm brown finish. The cushions are filled with foam.
One beige fabric covers the whole sofa: back, arms, base, both seat cushions and both pillows.
The back and the inside of the arms are stitched into padded vertical channels.
Two square accent pillows in the same fabric, with piped edges, come with the sofa.
Up close, the fabric shows a fine diagonal twill with flecks of lighter and darker beige. The channels are deep and evenly spaced.
Two loose seat cushions sit side by side, boxed with a topstitched edge.
Below the curves, Prato is simple. A straight upholstered rail runs under the cushions, and each arm ends in a flat front with a fine welt.
Tapered wood legs stand at the corners, with one more under the middle of the front. Prato arrives in two boxes.

At 84.5 inches wide and 33.75 deep, Prato fills a living-room wall. The back is fully upholstered, so it can also float in an open room.
Beige sits easily on white brick, grey stone or warm plaster. Let the channels do the talking.
