One curved top rail runs around the back and wraps forward. Its ends finish in rounded knobs. Under it, a single Y-shaped splat rises from the back of the seat.
The seat is five plump rolls of woven abaca, set side to side in a frame of flat teak boards. Four round legs taper to the floor, joined by stretchers on all four sides.
