Noto’s character comes from the grid. Each block is padded with foam and wrapped in chenille, with a deep sewn channel between it and the next. From across the room the headboard reads as one quiet band. Up close, every block is plump and soft.
The same blocks run all the way around: eight along each side and eight across the foot.
The headboard runs the full width of the bed in two rows of eight. Below it, a 10-inch surround of upright blocks wraps the mattress and finishes in rounded corners at the foot.

Soft beige chenille covers the headboard and every rail. It is plush, with a velvety feel.

Chenille is a woven fabric with a soft, short pile. It feels plush to the hand and takes the light gently. Foam under the fabric gives each block its rounded shape. Inside, the frame is wood.
