The back is wider at the top. Its shoulders curve forward a little, then it narrows to a waist where it meets the seat. The seat is softly scooped, with rolled, rounded edges.
Underneath, four round ash legs taper to the floor. The two rear legs rise past the seat and hold the back from behind. Four rails between the legs make the footrest.
A counter stool: 39.6 inches high, with a 27-inch seat. No arms, no metal, no swivel.
