The seat is a round drum. One sewn seam runs round its top edge.
The back is a single shell. It wraps round the seat and runs down both sides to the plinth.
Underneath, a low plinth sits just inside the drum. No legs, no arms, no wood or metal.
From behind, the back is one smooth shell with a centre seam. The seat is 27.5 inches wide and 21 inches deep. No buttons, tufting or piping.
