An old shape, kept simple.
Four turned posts. Two cane-style panels. One stepped crest, drawn once and used twice.
Manarola takes its lines from the French country bed: ball finials, turned posts, a moulded rail that steps up in the middle. The panels are a woven cane-style weave in honey tan. The frame is painted antique white, with the edges lightly distressed.
It looks like a bed that has been in the family for years. The headboard stays low, so the wall above stays open.
