The Lauryn story

One chair can finish the picture.

At the end of the walnut table, Lauryn adds a dark curve to the ochre room. Its low rail sweeps around the seat, with a fan of spindles beneath.

The table has turned legs, the rug has its own pattern, and the walls carry their colour confidently. Lauryn belongs through a familiar wooden shape, given definition by its black finish.

The carved wooden seat sits 18 inches from the floor. Above, the low curved rail returns briefly around the sides, stopping before the front of the seat.
