Gradara takes its outline from the French country bed: a camelback arch, posts that rise above it, a footboard you can see over. The arch is upholstered in a beige linen-look fabric and edged with a moulded wood crest. Everything else is plain wood.
Brown keeps it warm. Black draws a sharper line.
The upholstered panel sits between two square posts. A moulded crest follows its arch and turns into a small scroll at each shoulder. At the foot, a flat-capped panel footboard stands on two turned feet.

The headboard panel is upholstered in a beige linen-look fabric with a fine, even weave. The frame is solid wood and engineered wood, finished in warm brown or black.

Up close, the fabric shows a fine, even weave. The crest above it is moulded in steps, so its edge catches the light.
The panel is the softest part of the frame. Sit up against it to read.
The footboard stands 19 inches high, under half the height of the headboard, so the bed looks open from the door. A flat cap runs across the top of its framed panel.
Use an 8 to 10-inch mattress. Memory foam, latex and spring mattresses sit directly on the slats.
