Four slim posts. An open frame overhead. A short headboard held between them.
Light comes in through tall windows. White bedding and a folded throw. Fermo draws four gold lines around the bed and leaves the rest of the room open.
Four slim posts. An open frame overhead. A short headboard held between them.
Fermo is a canopy bed that stays light. The posts and the top frame are square metal tube in a painted gold finish, joined in a plain rectangle. Leave it bare, or hang light sheers from it.
Below the gold, the bed is soft: a channelled headboard and low upholstered rails in a warm beige, linen-look fabric.
The four posts rise 77.7 inches and meet in an open top frame. The headboard sits between the head posts, clear of the base, so it reads as a panel, not a wall.

Straight tube, square corners, no ornament. The frame is the idea.
A short channelled panel, held between the head posts above the base.
Each post stands at a corner of the rails. A thin gold bar runs along the floor at the foot.
The posts and the top frame are metal tube with a gold painted finish. The headboard is foam padded, and it and the rails are wrapped in a woven, linen-look fabric in warm beige.
Under the fabric, the frame is pine and MDF. The slats are wood.
Four square metal posts and an open top frame, finished in gold paint.
A woven, matte fabric in warm beige over the headboard and the rails.
Wood slats on a centre beam with support legs carry the mattress. Rated to 500 lb (Queen) or 600 lb (King).
Up close, the fabric shows a fine woven texture. Each channel is padded and stitched from top to bottom.
The panel sits between the posts, so the gold frames it on both sides.
The rails stand 9.4 inches high, wrapped in the same fabric as the headboard. At the foot, a thin gold bar runs along the floor between the posts.
Use an 8 to 10-inch mattress. It sits on the slats; no box spring needed. The slats are about 6 inches apart, so if your mattress maker asks for closer support, add a bunkie board.
Green-grey panelling, one warm lamp, blue light at the window. The gold frame catches what light there is.
Cedar overhead, evergreens outside. The open frame keeps the view.
A canopy marks out the bed without closing it in. Leave the frame bare for clean lines, or hang light sheers from it.
Fermo stands 77.7 inches tall. Check the ceiling height, and any ceiling fan or light, before you order.
Leave room above the frame for a ceiling light or fan, and room to walk past the foot posts.
