Shipping Delivery Options
For Regular Service Areas in Canadian Provinces (Metropolitan, Suburbs, Towns, Rural Areas outside of Cities, etc.)
1. Unpack & Assembly - Delivery Time 2 to 3 weeks
Unpack & Assembly Delivery includes assembly in the room of your choice and removal of packaging. Free Unpack & Assembly is applicable to: Sofas, Home Theater Seating, Sectionals, Recliners
2. Free Delivery - Delivery Time 7 to 10 business days
Free Delivery includes a delivery to the threshold. Your products will be shipped by our service partners. This applies to smaller products such as dining chairs, accent chairs.
3. Warehouse Pick Up
For eligible lifestyle models, we offer free pick-up option from our Canadian warehouse. Canada Warehouse: Bay door, 945 Syscon Rd, Burlington, Ontario L7L5S3
Working Hour: 9:00-4:30
This is only applicable to customers with GTA Ontario address. Qualified customers can choose either to include delivery or warehouse pick up discount. While the lead time is typically shorter for this option, please note that orders will not be ready for pick up within the same day and you will be notified directly as soon as your order has been prepared. Full warehouse address, contact information, and pick-up availability will be provided in the same email.
We recommend bringing a larger vehicle and a friend to help carry the order, as our warehouse team will not be able to assist with loading.

Tracking Your Shipment

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer solutions including repair, replacement, or exchange at no extra cost.

• Retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence.
• For visible damages during delivery, ask the driver to annotate the freight bill.
